END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

LICENSE

By receiving, opening files and/or using RLBmods, you agree that this End User License Agreement (EULA) is a valid agreement and you agree to be bound by it. You agree to respect intellectual property laws and all terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, RLBmods grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license, without the right to sublicense, to use RLBmods in accordance with this Agreement and any other written agreement with RLBmods. Our team does not transfer the title of RLBmods to you. This agreement is a legally binding agreement between RLBmods and buyers or users of RLBmods.

If you do not agree to be bound by this agreement, remove RLBmods from your computer.

DISTRIBUTION

RLBmods, the license, the account created here and everything that is acquired in it will not be copied, shared, distributed, resold, offered for resale, transferred or sublicensed, in whole or in part. For information on redistributing RLBmods, contact the RLBmods team.

USER AGREEMENT

The license to use RLBmods is limited to the number of licenses you have purchased. You must not allow others to use or copy RLBmods under your license.

Any failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement will result in the automatic and immediate cancellation of this license. Upon termination of this license granted in this document for any reason, you agree to immediately stop using RLBmods.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE FOLLOWING FILES ARE SOLD 'AS IS' AND WITHOUT PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY GUARANTEE OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

RLBmods does not assume any responsibility for the accounts as a result of the use of this website or any software or data contained therein. The user is solely responsible for their online gaming activities and any loss of any of their accounts, financial or not, is your responsibility. Although we make every effort to ensure that you remain undetected by any anti-cheat software, we cannot always guarantee it. It is your sole responsibility and you agree that RLBmods cannot be held responsible for such an event and that such occurrence does not guarantee a refund from RLBmods as long as the product is still functional.

UPDATES

RLBmods will not refund lost time during updates. We guarantee an update within 3 days without issuing a refund for lost days.

REFUNDS

RLBmods will only refund your product if you follow the Refund Policy within 3 days of purchase.

PRIVACY POLICY

RLBmods is committed to protecting your privacy. We only collect information necessary to provide our services and will never share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or to fulfill our service obligations to you.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

RLBmods reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes to our terms of service. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
